Grading

All devices have been thoroughly tested and graded depending on their cosmetic condition.
In regards to the cosmetic, we grade our devices based on our knowledge for the industry,
where we have done countless amounts of research in order to give the best idea to our customers
on what to expect for each grade.
Here are the following grades:

Grade A – Excellent condition, Fully Tested & 12 Months Warranty Included. Fully Working Condition.
The device may show minor signs of handling or use with insignificant blemishes at the most.

Grade B – Good Condition, Fully Tested & 12 Months Warranty Included. The device has some scuffs, marks or surface scratches only.
Any scratches or scuffs are completely cosmetic and do not affect the functions of the device.

Grade C – Average Condition, Fully Tested & 12 Months Warranty Included. Fully Working Condition with signs of obvious daily use.
Cosmetically the device does show signs of wear and tear, namely light to deep scratches. The screen may have some marks
and/or Screen Burns but no Cracks.

Grade D – Fully tested and working, No Warranty Included. We have classified the cosmetic condition of this device as ‘Poor’
and therefore the device will show signs of heavy wear and tear and will have scratches, scuffs, cracks, screen burn and chips.
The damage will be purely cosmetic and nothing which would inhibit your use of the device.
Any other fault will be mentioned in the description.
